PDP Permian Development, LLC is a privately held independent Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company that primarily engages in the acquisition and joint development of oil and gas prospects in core areas of the Permian Basin.
PDP Permian has established working relationships with other independent Exploration and Production companies in the Permian Basin to optimally acquire and develop oil and gas leasehold prospects.
PDP Permian also participates in various joint operations (Non-Operating Partner) in the Permian Basin that primarily consist of conventional and unconventional drilling opportunities. PDP Permian has held joint operations with major and publicly traded E&P companies in the Permian Basin consisting of Oasis Petroleum (NYSE: OSPW), Parsley Energy, Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD), and XTO Energy-ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM). With its strategic alliance of joint operating partners and experienced land team, PDP Permian strives for the exploration and production of proven reserves in core areas across the Midland and Delaware Basins.
PDP Permian is operated by a multi-level executive team of independent professionals with over 50 plus years of combined experience in the land, geological, and E&P sectors of the Permian Basin.
